Scientific Notation

Scientific notation is an easy way to write really large and small numbers without zeros getting in the way
First find the original decimal point then add another one so that a single number 1 to 9 is in front
Write significant digits times 10 to the power is the number of numbers between the decimal points

To change sci.not. to standard form, put your pencil on the decimal point
